Gaby was born and raised in Bakersfield, attending Ridgeview High School before continuing her education at Bakersfield College and Cal State Bakersfield. In 2014, she became a licensed real estate agent, building a successful career throughout Kern County. Even as her real estate business grew, she says becoming a lawyer had always been on her mind. She enrolled at Kern County College of Law, earning her Master of Legal Studies and Juris Doctor, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2024.
Before joining Chain | Cohn | Clark, Gaby practiced at Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, where she represented clients across family law, probate, trust administration, estate planning, real estate and civil litigation matters, guiding them from intake through resolution. That experience, paired with a decade in real estate, gave her a practical understanding of how legal and financial decisions affect families long after a case closes.
She and her husband, whose family owns and operates Tony’s Pizza locations throughout Kern County, are raising two sons. Outside the office, Gaby is active in the community through Bakersfield Angels, serving as a mentor to foster youth.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gaby is committed to making sure every client, especially those navigating the legal system for the first time, feels heard, understood and supported.
