Student With Allergy Given Milk At School, Parent Claims; Chain Cohn Clark Answers Legal Questions


A mother claims her son, who is severely allergic to milk, has been repeatedly served milk at school. C.J. Rivas, a third-grade student in the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District, vomits, his throat swells, and he gets hives if he consumes milk.
